Once you have been contacted by a lender, you may need to provide additional information to secure the down payment assistance. At that point, you are subject to the lender’s, Realtor’s, builder’s, or home service providers privacy policy.

Why we collect the information - when you complete the online form, you are pre-qualifying for programs that may assist you with down payment. Availability of many down payment programs is determined from information supplied in the qualification form. The information you provide will allow us to most accurately guide you in finding down payment assistance programs, participating lenders that offer the programs, and Realtors that specialize in working with first-time home buyers.

What we do with the information - We use the information you provide on your qualification form to find agencies/lenders that offer down payment assistance and other special financing programs. We use the information to establish a customer profile. Once the customer profile has been established, we search our extensive database of down payment assistance programs to find the program or programs that the customer may qualify for. We then match the customer profile to a participating lender profile. When the customer and lender profile are matched we immediately forward the customer’s qualification information to the lender or lenders that offer the program or programs that resulted from the search. The lender will then contact the customer to assist them in obtaining the program for which they qualify for.
